Cozy one bedroom, one bath condo with sleep sofa. Conveniently located one block to bus stop, one stop to base of Peak Eight. Easy walk to downtown. Complete kitchen, electric fireplace, washer and dryer in unit. Full cable available as well as enhanced high-speed internet with password. Hot tub and sauna on property. Easy access hiking trails.
Walking distance to Breckenridge Nordic Center
Close to The Peaks Trail, Cucumber Gulch across the street.
Bus is free and runs to the mountain, downtown Breckenridge and City Market

This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for our (husband and I) long weekend in Breckenridge! It truly was cozy as described, was clean, and had everything we needed. The farm-fresh eggs in the fridge were a nice touch!Only thing that would be nice to update is the queen mattress, but that would not keep us from booking again!

There is a lot to like about this place! We found it to be very clean, cozy and warm. Very well appointed -with literally all the comforts of home: Lots of kitchen gadgets / utensils, farm fresh eggs - which I like- and even coffee beans and coffee grinder -which I really like! I found it to be very nicely decorated, with nice "warm" colors -especially in the living room. A nice touch is the wood paneling, which gives it lots of mountain cabin character. This is very refreshing in an era of subway tile and everything painted white! The only little drawback -which I sure was only temporary- was that when we had trouble finding the unit because the unit number had been removed during painting and remodeling of the complex. A very friendly and helpful neighbor and the very helpful property manager helped us locate the unit an get in. I have no doubt that this problem will be fixed soon, if not already done, as the property manager showed genuine care and concern for the property, but even more importantly, for us. I would recommend this place to friends and family, and I think it deserves a five star rating!

Came to Breckenridge for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described! Adorable, cabin feel, but in a condo! The owner was easily accessible for any questions I had.

Great condo, close to slopes

We loved the location of this condo, can hop on the shuttle and be on the slopes in minutes. The condo was well stocked, it felt like home. Hope to visit again soon.

Clean property, great location. The pictures are very representative. Stayed here with my girlfriend and father. I want to emphasize the location, it’s right near a free ride bus stop, this is absolutely critical if you plan on going to town or the slopes without wanting to drive. WE WILL BE BACK.

Cozy and convenient

The condo is family owned, and staying here feels like an extension of their home. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included, and the owners provide some extra touches to make guests feel welcomed. One bus stop from Peak 7 or two from Peak 8. Can't get much more convenient for skiing at Breck.

Summer Hiking and Exploring

We enjoyed a week in the condo with our adult son. We cooked several nights in the well-stocked kitchen. The public transportation system was wonderful! We loved having a stop just around the corner. You can't beat the location, and the host patiently answered all my pesky questions. Highly recommend.

Great Father/Son Ski Trip

We loved this condo for our ski trip. It is only one bus stop away from Peaks 7 and 8. We only had to walk around the corner to get to the bus stop. The kitchen was fully furnished and allowed us to save money by making all of our meals in the condo. The hot tub helped to keep sore muscles away. I would certainly consider staying here again. It had everything we needed for a great stay.
