AMENITIES: This spacious condo has 3 bedrooms on 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The cozy living area with a flat-screen television and gas fireplace offers the perfect space to relax, and the complex amenities—including outdoor hot tubs, a dry rock sauna, fitness center, and lounge—will keep everyone in your group entertained. With ample amenities and a prime location, The Corral condos are tough to beat!

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Overall a nice place…however we were thrown off for not having A/C. We come from the Midwest where A/C is mandatory. Pillows were very uncomfortable, garage door didn’t go down, couldn’t figure out the TVs. There was a community hot tub rather than hot tube just for our unit.

Fantastic rental, great location

My family (husband, 3 kids, dad) had a great time at Corral 306E. It was exactly what we had hoped for: clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and as pictured and as described in the listing. The rental had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay (laundry detergent for 1 load; dishwasher pods; toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc). The towels were nice and fresh smelling. So many short-term rentals have faded towels so this was one of those little things I really appreciated. We were there during warm weather, and it was wonderful to find fans in the closets of each bedroom.One little suggestion - it would be helpful to receive communication a week/few days ahead of the booking to set expectations on check-in. I'm used to getting this from other short-term rentals so it was a little stressful not to hear anything. On the day of check-in, I still hadn't heard anything. I messaged them using the VRBO app, no response. I called, got voicemail, left a msg. No return call. I started to worry. I searched online and found a different number. I called, and a friendly person explained I'd get check-in instructions when the unit was cleaned and inspected. Sure enough, I received it about an hour before check-in time. All smooth after that. At some point during our stay, I thought there was an issue with the washing machine. They responded via text almost instantaneously, and it turned out to be nothing. Great responsiveness.Thank you for so.much for a wonderful stay.

Excellent family spring break.

The vacation home was everything and much more than we expected. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly spacious for a family of four with two being teenagers! Everything was a quick walk to town or the slopes.The communication from the owners was exceptional. Check in and out information was clear and easy. Definitely hope to rent again!

Loved the accommodation. Great communal space, living room, kitchen area. Bedrooms met all our needs. Clean, well stocked. Everything nicely updated. Location is good, short walk to Main Street (5 minutes) and 10 minutes to quicksilver lift. Garage (is heated) is for 1 car with 1 spot outside of garage. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay for family vacation

Excellent choice for staying in Breck. The home was cozy, spacious, and had all the essentials needed. It was clean and inviting. Instructions to check in were very clear and straightforward, code sent directly to phone. It was convenient having a garage and two available parking , one including inside the garage. The location was also ideal! Look forward to staying in the future again.

Great location to Quick Silver lift. Amenities were below par. Hot tub and steam room were never used due to being dirty and cold. Heat didn't work properly in unit. Kitchen well supplied, great layout for group of 7. Would return with exception of terrible amenities. A hot tub is key for us while going to the mountain and it was very disappointing not having that available.

Lovely condo in Breck!

We loved the condo at Corral. The accommodations were quite comfortable, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location was wonderful! A three minute walk to downtown. The property managers did a great job of communicating the entire time. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a great location, just a short walk to town. It was very clean and had everything that we needed! The only thing was it was warm some nights even with the windows open and fans going in our rooms. We would definitely stay here again! Hiking trails are within walking distance also!

This condo is awesome! Tons of space, very clean and modern. Perfect location, within walking distance to Main Street. All the amenities and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. It was great that we all had private bedrooms and baths. Our family will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the property in February 2023. I will first give a brief summary of my stay and then add a few other comments for those who want to read further. This is a nicely furnished unit and overall we were happy. The bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is nice although a little small and all of the cabinets are full of dishes so there's nowhere to put groceries. I liked that they provided many different pillows in the main bedroom so you can find one you like. there's a heated one-car garage where you can leave your equipment and the property has a shared hot tub and some other amenities (more on this below) From a location standpoint, you can definitely walk to quicksilver lift in a little more than 5 minutes, and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. More on this below... The management company was pretty good but it depends on who you are talking to. More on that below... Here's more detail: Location: If you aren't familiar with Breckenridge it's good to know that the closest lift to this unit usually has the longest lift lines. While this lift is walking distance, I don't think I would want to be any further than this place so it's on the edge of walkable. There are three buses that go right past this unit, and two of those will take you to beaver run and all three can take you to the gondola. We used the buses a lot and did not have a car while we were here for a month, and we got by just fine. Building amenities: the hot tub is down the hall and we used it several times. This is the only shared hot tub for the whole condo complex. There is a fitness center in the building across the parting lot which is pretty sad and I never saw anyone use it. There is a steam room that is also never used. The property manager gets 4 stars. Overall they were nice, but one time I interacted with a very unhelpful person who only knew the answer "no". I asked if we might check in an hour early and was told absolutely not (we ended up arriving in town at 1:30 and were able to check in 3 hours early). I asked them if the unit had a a crib or pack-n-play and was told "We don't inventory those items", which is about the worst answer I've ever heard. It did have a pack-n-play. Another thing to know is that you cannot mail anything to this property, there is no mailbox and no office. A final comment, the master bedroom has a view of the resort but the balcony and living room look at the back of a gas station
