It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street and an even shorter walk to the Peak 9 base area of Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you don’t feel like walking, a free shuttle stop is just a block away. There’s also a private 1-car garage that will keep your car warm and dry if you prefer your own transportation.

The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa with a chase situated in front of the gas fireplace. Two cozy chairs are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you read the newspaper and watch the sunrise through the east-facing windows. The huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV is perfect for catching the game or watching a movie with the kids. Just off the living area is the private hot tub with mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen area features stainless steel appliances and contrastingly beautiful quartz counters. There’s plenty of counter space for even the most demanding chefs, and there’s also plenty of seating (room for 6) at the breakfast bar for the backseat cooks and sous chefs to supervise as well.
