'The room was trash. The sink was stopped up, ceiling was falling down, to turn on a light u had to plug it in, the TV was in and out... It was shockingly quiet though'

'I wanted to specifically recognize Albert at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful during my stay. He was patient, kind, and always had a friendly attitude. Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.'

'The property was dirty and smelled like wet carpet. The ac wasn't blowing cold air. The restroom and bath tub were dirty along with hair left behind. First night we heard a woman screaming outside. Second day our card just stopped working and we weren't about to get into our room. The beds had stains on the sheets. All the plugs couldn't hold our charges. Definitely will not be staying again. Definitely not family friendly.'

'The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room.
