Grand Chalet Suite 2 is a 47 sqm boutique apartment on the ground floor of the Grand Chalet complex, Poiana Brasov, directly opposite Suite 1. It shares the same premium finish, separate bedroom layout and boutique hotel standard as Suite 1, while offering two distinctive advantages: an integrated Hoover washer-dryer built under the kitchen worktop — while Suite 1 has a washing machine with drying rack, Suite 2 adds a built-in dryer for full laundry convenience — and a private ground-floor terrace with wood furniture and direct pine forest views, accessed from the exterior of the building. Suite 2 is the choice for guests who need laundry, prefer outdoor space at ground level, or want to book both suites for a group of up to 8.

Bedroom
Queen-size bed with premium white hotel linens and sage green throw. Rolled towels provided on arrival. Warm oak slatted wall panel behind the headboard, matching bedside lamps on both sides. Room-darkening curtains. Pine forest and mountain views directly from the bedroom window. Built-in wardrobe. Dedicated workspace: Smart TV on the oak panel above a floating desk with upholstered green chair.

Living Room
Large navy sectional sofa, round wood side table and direct access to the private terrace. A second dedicated workspace — Smart TV above a floating desk and chair. Two fully equipped work areas, making Suite 2 equally suited to remote workers and business guests. Pine forest views from the large living room window. Room-darkening curtains.

Terrace
Private ground-floor terrace with solid wood dining table and 2 chairs, positioned directly on the green lawn with open pine forest and mountain views. Accessible from the building exterior — a genuinely outdoor space unlike the elevated terraces in other units.

Kitchen
Open-plan kitchen with full-height rustic wood wall panelling and anthracite cabinetry: 2-ring induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso espresso machine with capsules provided and mini fridge-freezer. Round solid wood dining table with 3 dark green upholstered chairs. The integrated Hoover washer-dryer is also built into the kitchen unit.

Bathroom
Premium bathroom with walk-in glass shower featuring rainfall head and handheld attachment in matte black, matte black heated towel rail, wall-hung WC, floating vanity with vessel basin and matte black tap, LED backlit round mirror and floor-to-ceiling marble-effect tiles. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap on arrival.

Heating and Comfort
Individual apartment boiler with wall thermostats in each room. Room-darkening curtains throughout. No air conditioning — Poiana Brasov's altitude keeps summer temperatures naturally comfortable. Smoke detector, motion sensor and flood sensor installed.

Two LG Smart TVs (138 cm living / 110 cm bedroom) with cable TV and streaming platforms accessible with your own account. 500 Mbps fibre WiFi. Integrated Hoover washer-dryer. Hairdryer, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and mop.

Parking
Free parking in the Grand Chalet complex car park. No lift — ground floor apartment with direct, easy access.

• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.V
