On the first floor, the living room, equipped with two high-end sofas, one of which is convertible (197x140 cm), offers an ideal space to relax in complete serenity.

A convivial table allows you to share your meals with up to 6 guests, while HD TV, fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

An elegant bar area, a work area, as well as a separate toilet equipped with a sink complete this warm living space.

The fully equipped kitchen combines practicality and modernity: hob with extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
You also have everything you need to cook
The dishes are designed for 6 people
Consumables are at your disposal as well as the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, sugar).

☕ Breakfast offered: coffee, tea, still water, jam, Nutella, and some sweets to start the day off right.

Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms welcome you in a soft and relaxing atmosphere.
One has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and an HD TV, functional storage, as well as air conditioning and heating for comfort in all seasons.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and an HD TV, functional storage, as well as air conditioning and heating for comfort in all seasons.

🛁 Bathroom
The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower (140x90 cm), toilet, vanity unit with washbasin, mirror, heated towel rail, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and a laundry basket.

For your comfort, you will also find a hairdryer, a straightener

Linen is fully provided: towels, gloves, sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, duvets, bolsters
For your well-being, the following are available: soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
In terms of maintenance, everything is provided: detergent, fabric softener, stain remover as well as cleaning essentials.

👶 Baby equipment
A travel cot with mattress, fitted sheet, changing mat, small towel, night light and some toys are at your disposal.
On request, we can also provide a high chair, bottle warmer or bouncer.

🌿 Exterior & Parking
You can enjoy a private terrace, furnished from spring to autumn, with a garden table and 6 chairs, a cantilever parasol, a barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments in the open air.

A private access allows you to reach the parking lot located about 30 metres from the accommodation. This is uncovered and unenclosed, and can accommodate up to two vehicles.
