'Wonderful service'

'We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.'

'Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Clean, showers had fantastic pressure. My wife said the best shower she’s taken. That meant the water was soft! Breakfast was like any other breakfast at a hotel but it worked for us. Staff was friendly, had things tidy, and were pleasant. Nice work everyone!'

'Bed was horrible, both wife and I woke up with back pains every morning for 3 days. Pool seemed to change rules daily on what you could do and not do. First day ordered a “bucket” of beer so they put ice in a Walmart sack and 6 beers. Second day we bought a little bag cooler and was told they don’t sell “buckets” of beer. I could buy six but they had to open every aluminum bottle. Wasn’t the case the day before. Never a luggage cart on day we arrived or day we left. If we even want to talk...

'The hot tub was well over 105 degrees. The shower/tub faucet didn’t work properly. The hotel room bathroom door didn’t latch properly. The staff informed me that maintenance would look at the shower faucet but never did follow up.'

'This gem is hidden and I hope won’t change. Check in was ok- a few pieces of info was not given but the night staff were very helpful. Checkout was great. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the city view room and the views are well worth the upgrade. Room is spacious and great layout. The bed was too soft for me so I didn’t sleep well. Overall stay was great.'

'Easy early morning check out with to go breakfast bars and fruit! A must for an early flight! Room was clean and perfect for an airport location!'

'To start the check-in was ridiculous, the room, door frame had obviously been forcibly entered more than once, there was garbage on the floor, stains on the bedding multiple stains, the air conditioning unit worked but the directional piece was broken, the table and chairs had food residue on them. I checked out around 9pm and found other accommodations. Zero stars would not recommend'

'The stay was good however if you have pets beware that the pet fee says $25.00 per accommodation, per stay. I took that as a one-time fee of $25.00 for one night regardless of how many pets you have. When I checked in they changed it to 25.00 per pet. I brought it up that is not what is stated on Expedia. The guy at the front desk blew me off and told me to contact expedia. Well, expedia has nothing to do with the pet fees since its a separate charge from the hotel. I don't mind paying for the...

'Loved the uniqueness of this Hotel!'

'Bed sliep goed. Koelkast aanwezig. Kamer zag er netjes uit. Ontbijt was redelijk maar op zich wel oke. Parkeergelegenheid voor het hotel/motel. Persooneel was vriendelijk.'

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '
