The 3 bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and laundry machines made everything very convenient and enjoyable versus all of us being separated in hotel rooms. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions. Location is perfect as it’s close to downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and is right by a beautiful river just down the street! Highly recommend this property. '

'I saw several reviews knocking this place. It's not a Hilton, it's a nice roadside motel. I saw 1 spider, no roaches or drug addicts in the parking lot. What i did observe, was a place that was reasonable priced, central to what i needed. Staff was friendly, polite, and my room was very clean (just older facility). I would hesitate to stay here again if i ever came back to Acadia. '
