Amazing

Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was.

- There is music playing in the hallways that can be heard clearly from the rooms. It is not pleasant at all! I asked them to turn it off, but they refused... - The spa was out of service, even though it was the main reason I chose this hotel. Nobody informed me about it in advance. - To make up for the spa being unavailable, they offered to treat me to dinner. However, when it was time to pay, they told me that drinks were not included. They had never informed me of this beforehand ! It gives me the impression of a hotel with a lot of potential but not exploiting it. Too arrogant to do so.
