'Property was freshly updated so pretty clean overall. There were some old stains on the blanket and I found a little hair in a couple places. Looked like they could be a little more thorough in their cleaning practices. Overall I would still say an 8/10 on everything. If you are wanting a cheap motel that is clean this is your best bet to my knowledge. Can't believe there is still a place on the earth where you can stay for $35 to $50 a night and it be pretty clean. It was a good experience. '

'We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. 'I thought this looked like a great hotel, but there were a couple of big problems. I am a light sleeper and with no curtains to cover the window and block out all of the city lights, that was a negative. Also the choice of only a sheet or a sheet and a big, heavy comforter, made sleeping very difficult. Third. the A/C unit made a loud rumble every time it kicked in.
