Vehicle-Required Access: This property is located within a secure, gated estate. Due to locked security gates enforced for student athlete safety, pedestrian walking access directly onto the main campus is restricted. Accessing IMG facilities or exploring the area requires a vehicle or a car service.

Identity Verification: To maintain the integrity of the gated community, a photo of a valid Driver’s License or Passport must be submitted via the messaging system prior to arrival.

Contactless Digital Entry: Once verified, your bespoke digital door code and gate access details will be sent to you 24 to 72 hours before check-in.

Accessibility Note: This second-floor retreat is accessible by stairs only (no elevator).

Exterior Security: For your safety and property protection, an exterior camera monitors and records the entryway arrival/departure area.
