The house was very clean which made it very enjoyable. The hosts were very nice and good communication! Definitely will keep in mind for a future stay!

Awesome place to stay! Very clean with great accommodations. Instructions for check in and out were precise and easy to follow. House is close to the bay and Anna Maria Island. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! The pool was awesome. We had a few issues with WiFi, etc that the host responded to instantly and got those fixed. A few towels were wet. But that was cleaning. Anyhow there were lots of towels to go around. The pool was warm inviting. 5 stars.

Very nice property. Very spacious. The pool was amazing. It was the perfect location for my daughter’s graduation from Med. School in Palmetto. I did not realize how close it was to the De Soto national monument . We were able to ride bikes there took 15 minutes.

Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the open floor plan and all the natural light. The kitchen area was nice everything easily accessable to prepare our family meals. The pool area was great with a grill available for use. The neighborhood is super quiet and close to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The hosts were very communicative and super accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Golf Trip

Our group of "senior" men really enjoyed Jill's house. This is the second home we stayed at owned by Jill and both are great locations for our annual trip.

Beautiful, spacious home with great pool setting

We had a great stay at Jill's house! She was great to communicate with, got back very quickly when I had questions. The house was very spacious and comfortable and clean and our kids loved swimming in the pool and hot tub! Would highly recommend!

Lots of room to spread out. Large open floorplan with 2 living rooms and a big kitchen and dining area. Lots of room on the outdoor patio also.

Another Great Week!

As beautiful as we remember from last year! Plenty of room for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Great communication from Jill as always. Looking forward to renting again next February.

24 vacation

The property was clean and well kept. The only problems we had was was heating the hot tub some of the time. It is a very nice, Comfortable place to stay for us 6 adults and two children .

Great place for families

This place accommodated our family of 8 without a problem. We had plenty of room to do family games, eat together and just spend evenings together all in one area. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and gave quick responses to any questions. They had a wonderful pool and hot tub that was warm enough to use in January. Our family loved it here.

Perfect getaway

Property was clean but you could tell that it may have been vacant for a couple weeks. Problems with the hot tub but got resolved on the third day. It was very nice to be able to use the garage to park in. Lots of room for a large family to enjoy. Perfect outdoor area by pool to relax around.
