Step back in time and experience the charm of our lovingly restored 1925 bungalow, nestled in the heart of the Historic Bradenton River District. Just one mile from vibrant downtown Bradenton and a short drive to the powdery white sands of Anna Maria Island, this cozy retreat is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.

Our home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen with pantry essentials, coffee and tea, plush bath towels, and curated toiletries. We also provide beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and even a grill and smoker with tools for laid-back cookouts. A washer/dryer, hair dryer, and iron are available for your convenience.

Hop on a bike or take a short drive to explore downtown Bradenton, the scenic Riverwalk, and the colorful Village of the Arts—all offering fantastic dining and unique local shops. Sports lovers will appreciate being close to IMG Academy and McKechnie Field (LECOM Park), home of spring training baseball. Nature enthusiasts can explore nearby preserves like Robinson Preserve, with miles of trails, kayaking, and yoga at The Nest. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean and cute. We were only about 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island which was so convenient. Karen was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend :)

Our overall experience was great. The only complaint is that the bedrooms were pretty dusty especially behind tvs and baseboards. The small bathroom floor could have used a little more attention. I know we paid a cleaning fee. I think the owner needs to double check whoever cleans for her.

The property is adorably quaint and very clean with everything you might need in the kitchen. We grilled out and enjoyed the nice weather. We missed a snowstorm at home thankfully! The property is easy to find and almost directly east and short drive to Anna Maria Island. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed a lovely 2weeks at Mango Cottage. It’s nicelyfurnished, clean and cozy. There was much to do inthe area to keep us busy…..beaches, farmer’s market, restaurants, parks and preserves. Anna Maria Island is a very special place.

A quick stay with a good friend on our way to a family wedding further south in Florida. We enjoyed the lovely cottage - it was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. I am in love with the bath wallpaper!!! My only suggestion is to add hand soap in the bathrooms, and to have a non-dairy creamer/sugar for those that may want it. The owner was very good with communication and let us know that we could check in early as there wasn't a guest on our arrival day. We enjoyed exploring Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Ate at a nearby restaurant, The Lazy Ballerina, on Manatee Ave, for dinner - great food and service.

This was an amazing little house. I felt like I just stepped into a magazine it was so beautifully decorated. A good area close to the beach on Ana Maria.

The cottage was lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately we were there during Debby and that caused some problems with the property. There was some water seeping in from the chimney after work had been done the previous week. The torrential sideway rain and severe winds were quite strong. We have relative in town and they too were affected. We contacted Karen right away and she got on it. She brought lots of towels to contain the water and contacted the chimney guy to correct the situation. He was there within 10 minutes. Obviously we just lucked out with our timing and made the best of it. Karen did what she could do to resolve the problem. In spite of this we would would go back to the Mango Cottage, hopefully not during hurricane season.
