« Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel »

« Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves. The room & bathroom were very clean & the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. A coffee maker & toaster was...

« Great Location. Quiet street just steps from the beach. Short walk to trolley stop. Pool was a huge bonus with the kids. Unit was nicely stocked with kitchen items. Grill was great for dinners and lunches. Stephan was quick and responsive with communication leading up to our trip. Recommend golf cart for fun & relaxed transportation around the island (Book early! Hard to find if you wait!) Thank you for everything! »
