The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, perfectly located just 10 minutes from the beach! This single-level home offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for the whole family. The house features three private bedrooms, each designed for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find a full bathroom, a dining room for shared meals, and a cozy living room to unwind in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. A laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay. Outside, enjoy the fresh air with outdoor seating. Additional amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, a TV, and a BBQ grill. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from cooking seafood during your stay. Pets allowed upon request. Pet fee applies.. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, full bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The exterior space is also available. Entry is through the main front door, and the access code will be provided on the day of check-in.

The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful scenery, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while still being close to all the action and attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While Brackley is best explored by car, here's some information to help you plan your travels. Public transportation options are limited in the immediate vicinity, so we recommend using a car or taxi service. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 2 minute drive from the property. Parking is available on-site with for your convenience. Please note that specific check-in details will be provided at noon on your check-in day. We are located at 580 Brackley Point Road, Brackley, PE C1E 1G5, Canada.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is the upper unit of a duplex, with a tenant residing below. Both units have separate entrances. The back deck is for the tenant's use, but guests are welcome to enjoy the front deck and patio furniture.
