'We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The first day when we arrived we immediately noticed a strong smell coming from the fuel station next to the hotel. Although I was aware of the fact that there was a fuel station next to the hotel, I didnt read any complains about the smell. At the same time we noticed some black fuel in the sea in front of the hotel. We had chosen for the half board option, so I was a bit stressy about the smell, as diner was outside. 'We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sol. Actually the swimming pool would be closed, but since the weather was really nice they opened it for us. We loved Bol in low season and Hotel Sol was the perfect stay for us!'

'This property is absolutely beautiful. It is merely steps away from one of the most unique beaches in the world. There is a lovely restaurant on a promenade above the beach that runs all the way into Bol. It is a lovely walk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication with the staff was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place and only wish we'd had more time there.'
