This stunning property sits on over 21 private acres in Livingston- it has the feel of being remote and "out of town" yet you are simply 8 minutes from downtown Livingston and a beautiful 45 minute drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The home has a main house - complete with 3 bedrooms and large living lofts, 4 full bathrooms, dining and living space situated around a Tulikivi soapstone fireplace, screened in porch and double car garage with a sauna! Just above the garage, is a large apartment that is equipped with 1 bedroom and loft, full kitchen, private balcony, and living area.

The home is in pristine condition; decorated and outfitted with the utmost class with comfort and luxury in mind. The high end bedding and furnishings draw you in, yet never distract from the 360 degree views and natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The home is the perfect balance of simple Montana beauty - with plaster and wax walls, hand sewn wood floors, refined soapstone & limestone countertops, commercial range hood, Lacanche duel fuel double range, Liebherr refrigerator/freezer, and artful custom lighting.

SPACES & SLEEPING:
The main level has an open floor plan with dining room which accommodates 8, spacious living area, gorgeous kitchen, pantry, mudroom and laundry room and two bedrooms (master suite and a guest room) and two bathrooms.

The master suite has windows opening to the north and west, a new luxurious king size bed with soft 1000 thread count Brooklinen bedding, flat screen tv, and extra large closet. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with dual shower heads, toilet room and double vanity sinks.

The guest room on the main level has a divine queen size bed with new mattress, Brooklinen bedding, flat screen television, large closet, and more amazing views.

There is an open air 2nd floor loft-like space with a den for gathering with your best friend for quiet conversation or enjoying a cocktail and a great book. The rest of the space offers an additional full size bathroom, more cozy seating for watching a movie, playing games, and has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping.

If you head downstairs to the game room or better termed "activity area," you will find oversized couches and chairs, a full size ping pong table, shuffle board, high top game table, and a fully stocked game selection that ensures togetherness, laughter and play. There is a wet bar with a beverage cooler for your favorite drinks. Just adjacent to the activity area are two more rooms.

One of these is a bedroom with a queen bed, as quality as you'd find in any other room, and a twin size bed. Ideal place for the person who likes a quiet, "away from it all" bedroom.

The 2nd room on the walk out basement level has a comfortable daybed and large flat screen smart television with direct tv. This room can be used for sleeping or for movies and television watching.

The two downstairs bedrooms and game room area share a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This basement area is not actually a basement at all, but has large windows and a door that walks you out to the beautiful exterior patios that surround the pond and fire pit.

Guests can check in via a keypad on the door and have complete privacy during their stay. Unfortunately we do not allow events of any kind at this property.

Private, quiet, dead-end street just outside of the technical city limits of Livingston. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.

There is a sauna in the very nice heated garage. The sauna can be used by all adult guests.
