Although re-reading the ad was clear, the property is nearly an hour from the park. That drive proved a bit stressful. The roads to the property are horrible. Horrible. The property itself fine...no problems. We would have like a TV; we spent every evening at the property..
We stayed 2 nights while we explored the north part of Yellowstone. The cabin is very functional & had some nice amenities such as robes, coffee & the firepit area. Do not leave the front door even cracked at night when the lights inside are on or youâll get bug-infested! AlsoâŠ.the drive to the cabin is down very long, rutted, gravel roads. We were glad we had a Jeep. You wonât be close to any conveniences so be sure youâre stocked up before you arrive. The views from this cabin are exceptional! We were in awe of the mountains, stars & the warm gentle evening winds.
We loved our stay at this fun tiny house. The views were our main reason for booking and it did not disappoint! Loved the peace & quiet while sitting outside by the fire or playing bocce ball. Super fun experience.
Loved this stay. Home was clean, comfortable, annd thoughtful. Property is gorgeous - really breathtaking! A Montana treat. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Our family of four stayed two nights to end our Yellowstone trip. This place was breathtaking. Comfortably fit myself, husband, our 18 and 15 year old kids. Nice big bathroom. Owner that lives on the property was so nice and respectful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
This VRBO is a hidden gem. I've stayed in several all over the country and this one was by far the most beautiful! Absolutely loved the bathroom products, and the attention to details throughout the cabin. The fire pit and stargazing at night were absolutely gorgeous. Every morning, the mountain views were so beautiful! The owner was friendly and gave me excellent recommendations for local food and breweries!
I will be staying here again! Excellent VRBO!
We enjoyed every moment of our time at this property. If you like dark night skies without light pollution, breathtaking views, the sounds of horses whinnying and an adventurous driveâ- this is THE PLACE for you.
Blackhawkâs Nest was exactly as specified in pictures. It was very comfortable , and surprisingly roomy with a standard size/larger than we expected bathroom. The drive to theNest is about 3 miles from the main road... youâll drive by horses, some cows, and might see wild rabbits hopping along. We would stay there again.
