This highly customized home has custom ski storage, gas burning outdoor fire-pit, surround sound throughout the home, bumper pool table, PLUS two large living rooms, allowing everyone in the group to make themselves right at home. For special note, a brand new hot tub has been installed February 2021 and we look forward to guests enjoying this favorite amenity! Speaking of feeling at home, enjoy the spacious kitchen with seating at the dining room table for 10 PLUS 6 bar stools surrounding the oversized island. There is also a 3 season room just off of the dining area with additional seating and amazing views tucked in the beautiful wooded area that surrounds the home.
The main level living area has abundant seating, a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. For added convenience, there is a powder room located off the main living area. The master bedroom hosts a king bed, en suite bathroom with double sinks and granite countertops. And for added luxury and touch, enjoy your private gas fireplace and flat screen TV, in this beautiful master bedroom!
When you head upstairs where you will find 2 additional bedrooms; featuring a king bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the other bedroom and a shared full bathroom with double sinks and granite countertops. Located on the lower level, "The Bunk Room" features eight custom built bunk beds that can sleep young children and young adults! The lower bathroom has triple sinks and an incredibly ingenious shower set up with 2 single stalled showers so more people can get ready at once.
Walking out from the lower level is where you will find your private 8 person hot tub and a gas fire-pit for your enjoyment. Whether enjoying the cool sounds of Autumn, the Summer evening of Northern Michigan, or the Winter havens at The Alpine House - your own little mini-getaway is there for your enjoyment!

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
