'Nice check-in! Room was really cozy and clean. Variety of breakfast items. The only to add is, the hotel should have a dress code for the dining room, it’s not nice eating and seeing people in PJs and barefoot.'

'We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to...

'Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. 'I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. '

'Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning.'
