« Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents. Donc si vous avez des questions essayer de mettre un maximum d'éléments dans votre mail. Aussi, le règlement de la caution se fait via PayPal. Concernant: Le logement rien à dire ce dernier...

« The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were all very well cleaned, so we felt very comfortable and reassured. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We briefly met our host, he was friendly and welcoming. I have only two thoughts on improvements to the suite:a) possibly turn the water heat down a notch. I love lots of hot water as a rule, but we all kept being unexpectedly scalded when washing/doing dishes. It could be a safety issue with small children.b) possibly replace the synthetic sheets...

« Everything that you would expect when travelling far from home, you will find it in this spacious and cosy loft! Well situated and not far from Calgary downtown. The managers answered very fast to our requests and/or questions, so everything went smoothly. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom has a very comfy bed and the living room suited for long stays (TV, games etc). So we rated it 5 stars without reservations! Thanks to Mya and Daniel! »
