A Deluxe King Size Bedroom with 4 Poster Bed, single bed + trundle bed, with ensuite shower room + dressing room, and Smart TV. For bookings of 3+ guests, there is a Luxurious Double Bedroom

Guests can also use our cosy, traditional sitting room with open fire.

The space
A unique and luxurious private space within our family home. Our countryside position, close to secluded beaches and wide open spaces, provides a peaceful retreat for a weekend break, seaside holiday or a comfort stopover between destinations.
10 minutes drive to the historic small town of Youghal.
(We can often help with taxiing to and from local towns)
15 minutes drive to the Waterford Greenway in Dungarvan.
Very easy access to the N25 Rosslare to Cork.

Cork Airport 60km (50 mins).
Dublin Airport 192 km (2hrs 40 mins)
Rosslare port 143 km (1hr 55 mins)

Our location is perfect for the entrants and supporters of the “Ironman Ireland, Cork” in June 2020 and June 2021

Guest access
The King Size guest room with en suite and dressing room is for your private use. A separate double bedroom with double bed, is available for bookings of more than 3 guests or on specific request. The double bedroom is not en suite, guests staying in the double room are requested to use bathroom/shower in the main guest room en suite.

Guest are welcome to use the traditional sitting room. There is an open fire, books and a small TV to watch DVD's on. We have a fairly large DVD collection which you can choose from. The sitting room can be accessed by guests at all times.

Guests are welcome to store cold items in the fridge or freezer and dispose of food waste in the kitchen bins.
There is lounge seating on the patio and guests are welcome to use the patio and garden at all times.

Other things to note
A breakfast of cereals, breads and pastries with preserves, yogurt and fruit is included in your stay.
Please advise on any dietary restrictions or intolerance's when booking, so we can be sure to have any specific items available.

Usually, breakfast will be available up until 10 am. Please let me know if you would like breakfast served later.

Pets
*Our pets are are not allowed in any guest areas or in any shared areas in our home.
We are an animal loving family and we have a few pets, two friendly cats, Grace and Arthur and a young German shepherd dog, Bonnie. Bonnie is very enthusiastic to greet all guests and make new friends. We do understand that her enthusiasm can be intimidating and that you may not be a lover of doggy welcomes, for your comfort we keep a firm control on her and make sure she has no access to guest areas.
If you are uncomfortable around dogs at all, please let us know and we can make sure she is secure and completely out of your way.
