Short walking distance to join station, funicular, cinema, restaurants, supermarket & shops. Free shuttle "La Ronde" near building. A free parking space + private cellar where to store skis and bicycle.
Homeworking area. Linen included. Cleaning not charged but the apartment must be left clean please.

Apartment

Much more spacious than a traditional resort rental. Our own cocoon to enjoy life in family.
A living room including extendable table, convertible sofa bed (sleeps 140), trundle coffee table and TV. Very sunny (south east orientation).
An equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, kitchen utensils and basic crockery.
A bedroom with 1 double bed, a telecommuting area and a dressing room.
A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 built-in cupboard. Separated but in the continuation of the 1st one.
A bathroom with shower, double washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.
A separate toilet.
Located in R+1. Direct access from the residential car park (one free outdoor space) or access via steps / lift from the street.
Small private cellar of 2 m2 allowing you to store your ski equipment or 1 bike (hook). A common bicycle storage room is also available in the building. Another popular option is to reserve a ski locker at the arrival of the funicular in Les Arcs 1600.
Linen provided for each bed: 2 pillows and their covers, 1 duvet and its cover, 1 fitted sheet, 1 mattress protector. A second duvet and a third pillow available if needed.
Linen provided for each person: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel.
Kitchen and bathroom linen provided: 2 tea towels, 1 hand towel, small bath mats.

Localisation

Easily accessible by car (N90) and SNCF / TGV / Thalys / TER station (less than 10 min walk from the apartment).
Located less than 10 min walk from the funicular to reach the Arc 1600 ski lifts (7 min), and access to the entire Paradiski ski area (Les Arcs / La Plagne / Peisey-Vallandry).
Quick access to ARC 1800, ARC 1950 and ARC 2000 from ARC 1600 via chairlifts or by shuttle / car from the apartment.
Bourg Saint Maurice (Alt. 850 m) is close to the resorts of Tignes and Val d'Isère (about 30 km) and La Rosière (about 20 km) by car.
On the road to the Glacier Valley and the Aiguille Rouge, Iseran, Petit St Bernard, Cornet de Roselend passes...
In the footsteps of the Baroque (visit of churches and chapels) and the paths of memory (medieval city of Conflans, forts of Truc, Platte, military remains)

Non-smoking apartment, no pets please.
Cleaning not charged but the apartment must be left clean please.
A deposit of €600 is requested (through Abritel).
Autonomous arrival via key boxes. Instructions will be sent upstream and we will remain reachable (communication in French or English).
