Quelle déception !!!

Un accueil dĂ©plorable de la part d’une personne hautaine et antipathique chargĂ©e de nous remettre les clĂ©s et qui nous a rembarrĂ© suite Ă  un problĂšme de clĂ© Aucun message de bienvenue, aucune empathie et pour qui je n'ai voulu plus avoir le moindre contact durant mon sĂ©jour. Heureusement le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait plus sympathique et les Ă©changes avec lui plus cordiaux. Toutefois nous avons rencontrĂ© des problĂšmes qui ont entachĂ© notre sĂ©jour : ‱ tas de gravats situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la terrasse et perturbations sonores particuliĂšrement gĂȘnantes lorsque nous Ă©tions sur la terrasse dĂ» Ă  des travaux et de rĂ©novation d’une remontĂ©e mĂ©canique. ‱ Wifi en panne rĂ©tabli mercredi matin soit Ă  la moitiĂ© de notre sĂ©jour. ‱ Cerise sur le gĂąteau : des frais de service de 80€ nous ont Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©s car nous sommes partis Ă  10h30 soit Âœ h aprĂšs l’heure prĂ©vue sur le contrat et parce que le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©. Je prĂ©cise que le mĂ©nage Ă©tait compris dans la location. Le propriĂ©taire qui n’était pas sur place se rĂ©fugie derriĂšre ce prĂ©texte pour ne pas assumer ses responsabilitĂ©s sur tous les problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s. En rĂ©sumĂ© le titre "exceptionnel" me semblent hors de propos et le prix hors normes pour une location d’étĂ©. Je pense, au vu des autres annonces, que j'aurai pu trouver bien mieux pour un prix trĂšs infĂ©rieur.

SĂ©jour aux Arcs

Nous avons loué ce logement pour la deuxiÚme fois. L'emplacement est idéal car il est situé juste au-dessus du Transarc, lieu de départ pour les cours de l'ESI notamment. Nous pouvons chausser nos skis dÚs la sortie du bùtiment. Le jardin d'enfants de l'ESI est tout proche, il n'y a qu'une piste à traverser pour y arriver. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. L'agencement est impeccable avec 2 chambres pour des adultes et une chambre pour 4 enfants. La salle de bain de l'étage est + petite mais des meubles ont été ajoutés ainsi qu'une paroi de douche, ce qui améliore de confort. La propreté laisse à désirer mais ceci n'enlÚve rien au fait que ce soit un bel appartement, trÚs pratique. Le casier à ski est au rez-de-chaussée ce qui permet de monter les mains libres. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Merci!

NY 2024 in Les Arcs

My family and our friends (4 Adults, 4 children (age 9 -13) had a lovely stay at this apartment over the New Year 2024. It's located just by the the base of the Transarc lift in Les Arc 1800 so great for accessing the slopes. You can ski right back to the door so perfect door-to-door skiing. Like many similar ski in, ski out apartments, it's 'large enough' but one couldn't really describe it as large. It was clean on our arrival. We opted to take our own linen and towels as we were checking out very early on our final day and didn't want to face the rather large linen retrieval costs. It had a well equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need. The washing machine and dishwasher made life easy. There are some board games, cards and toboggans so entertaining our children was never a problem. We couldn't access the Wi-Fi but this didn't cause us an issue as we had good 4G coverage. Correspondence with owner was spot on as was obtaining and returning the keys from the Concierge. If we were to return to Les Arcs, I'd certainly try to re-book.

Appartement topissime !

Excellent sĂ©jour aux Arcs. L'appartement est parfait : grand, trĂšs lumineux et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La vue est superbe : un luxe de pouvoir dejeuner en regardant le Mont Blanc. Emplacement parfait dans la station : au calme et en mĂȘme temps aux pieds des pistes et remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques et tout proche des petites rues commerçantes. Le propriĂ©taire est disponible et trĂšs sympathique. Sejour parfait !

Appartement trÚs joli, piÚce de vie agréable et grande (à 9 personnes) , cuisine bien équipée , pas mal de rangement dans l'entrée toutes les affaires de ski rentrent. Chambres agréables et de taille suffisante. Sanitaires exiguës mais fonctionnels. Bien situé dans la station, avec un départ et un retour ski aux pieds possibles. Résidence calme, grand balcon avec jolie vue. Je recommande et je garde l'adresse.

Exceptionnel!

Vraiment superbe. L'appart est extrement bien equipé - absolument tout pour cuisiner, des luges... Il manquait qu'un seche cheveux :) On a passé une super semaine. Nous sommes venus avec un bebe de 17 mois. Par contre je dois avouer que les arcs 1800 pour les poussettes ne sont pas adaptees du tout. Aucun ascenceur dans la station, beaucoup d'escaliers. C'etait compliqué! Le ski etait super ceci dit. Nous recommandons cet appart les yeux fermés et esperons revenir une autre fois. Merci

Parfait !

Appartement propre et vaste, idéal pour une pause familiale estivale en montagne. Espace nuit séparé, chambres vastes, grande piÚcece à vivre, balcon avec vue sur le Mont Blanc, le tout à deux pas du centre de la station sans en avoir les inconvénients. Bref, c'était parfait.

Logement trĂšs bien situĂ©, lumineux, bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien meublĂ© : seul bĂ©mol le canapĂ© du sĂ©jour n'est pas trĂšs pratique en configuration couchage (lit double "en trois parties", donc plus grand que les draps standards et montants sensibles dans le dos). A noter, la chambre de la mezzanine dont la fenĂȘtre donne sur le salon comporte un grand lit et pas deux petits. Un coup de cƓur au final, avec le grand balcon et sa vue sur le Mont-Blanc.

Great location for skiing but poor communication left us out of pocket

Nice apartment located right next to the main ski lift to the top of the mountain so its in a great location and you can actually ski back to the apartment door if you are semi competent as it involves navigating some narrow icy off piste turns. On arrival we discovered we had no bedding/towels , which we were lucky to sort for ridiculous additional fee and there was also an excessive euro cleaning charge to be added to the bill , so we felt a little cheated by the this as nothing was communicated on HomeAway when we made the booking. The wifi also did not work and there were no instructions in the apartment apart from a wifi code that did not work. On contacting the landlord I was told that everything is communicated perfectly on the French booking website. Not much use to me and out of pocket!!!
