  • Apartment very well located, 200m from the slopes and shops.<br>Balcony 6m² with superb view of the valley, the mountains and Mont-Blanc, not overlooked.<br><br>Accommodation on 2 levels.<br><br>1st level:<br>living room with television, equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave....<br>Shower room and separate toilet, refurbished in 2021.<br>Sleeps 2 adults, pull-out bed in the living room.<br><br>2nd level:<br>Bedroom: double bed 140x190 with TV, DVD player, magnificent view of the valley.<br>Mezzanine: with 1 single bed 80x190 + 1 bunk bed (top bed for child only).<br>The sleeping area on the 2nd level has 1.79m high ceilings.<br><br>The apartment is rated 4 Crystals according to Paradiski rating criteria.<br><br>You can check out the video of the apartment tour via the YouTube link: <br>https://youtu.be/cE0iwlrYqts<br><br>Sheets and towels not provided.<br>It is possible to rent them, by booking in advance with the agency that takes care of the collection of the keys on your arrival.<br><br>Reservations are only made from Saturday to Saturday, from mid-December to the end of March.<br>Do not hesitate to contact me for specific requests outside this period.<br><br>The apartment must be completely cleaned before your departure. The agency that gives you the keys offers a paid service for the end-of-stay cleaning, to be discussed with them on your arrival, when you hand over the keys.<br><br>Very friendly and dynamic resort, summer and winter. Aquatic area with swimming pool, saunas, hammams, many shops and restaurants.<br><br>Large ski area, 420km of slopes, snowshoeing, dog sledding...<br><br>In summer, many activities are possible: trampoline, tree climbing, archery, downhill mountain biking, hiking, rafting.....<br><br>In winter, access to the Les Arcs 1800 resort is subject to a fee. You have the possibility to book a covered parking space for an additional €30/€40. The closest parking lots to the apartment are Les Villards or Charmettoger parking lots.<br><br>

Le logement est bien aménagé. salle de bain refaite à neuf et très propre. il est bien équipé en terme d'électroménager. la literie est bonne. logement idéalement situé dans la station.

L'appart etait idéalement placé, tres proche des pistes et des commerces tout en etant tres au calmeLes rangements optimises et tout l'equipement present, conforme a la video et au descriptif nous ont permis de passer 1 tres belle semaine meme avec 1 meteo difficile :-)

Localisation top et appartement fonctionnel. 2 points a noter : Étage bas de plafond pour personnes au-delà de 1,80m et stationnement très compliqué aux abords de la résidence en période vacances scolaires.

Appartement idéalement situé, tant pour les pistes que pour les commerces et animation, avec une superbe vue. Très bien équipé, parfait pour 4, nous avons passé une excellente semaine et les échanges avec l'hôte comme avec l'agence sont très simples et sympas.Je recommande.

Convenient and helpful host

We had a great week at Denis' apartment. Everything was very convenient and the apartment was just a short walk to the lifts. As it was our first time in the resort we had a lot of questions but Denis was very responsive to them all.

Séjour parfait

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et la vue sur la terrasse est exceptionnelle. En août, il est très facile de stationner. Les commerces sont à deux pas. C'était parfait !

Très bon séjour

Appartement parfait pour profiter des Arcs en famille l'été. Le logement est bien agencé, bien équipé, bien situé et dispose d'une terrasse ensoleillée. La communication s'est bien passée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nice little accommodation

Very nice and cozy little apartment, located only about 200m walk from the main “Transarc” ski lift. Denis is a friendly person and responds very quickly.The only little downside is the ski locker is not included but the skis can be absolutely safely stored on the balcony. But overall it was an amazing stay.Thank you

Ski Holiday

Wonderful location very close to main village. No equipment storage but ample balcony to put things out on to dry off. Very warm and cosy although upstairs if youre taller than 5'10" you might have to duck a lot.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement très bien situé aussi bien pour les skieurs que pour les non skieurs. Accessibilité facile pour les remontées mécaniques ainsi que pour l'accès au centre de la station.Appartement propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour 1 semaine au ski.Seul bémol pas de casier à ski Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Great apartment & fab location

Lovely ski apartment, a short walk to the Transarc lift We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for us all. The ceiling height on the mezzanine floor wasn’t an issue as we’re not tall but anyone over 5’10” would have to duck.The kitchen was well equipped with a full oven and dishwasher. The shower is great.Denis was really helpful with before our stay and pointed out the best car park to book and check in information.

Lovely apartment

A very convenient apartment for everything in les arcs 1800. We were a family of 3 . There waslots of space but if you were more than 3 then it might be a squeeze - but that is like every apartment in the ski resorts ! The owner was super nice and very helpful. The bathroom was superb - a lovely shower after a days skiing !

Magnifique séjour de ski

Nous avons découvert un somptueux appartement pour notre séjour au ski. La vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon est sensationnelle et encore plus avec la neige tombée cette semaine. L’appartement est propre, au calme, très fonctionnel, parfaitement rénové et proche du village des Villards et des remontées. Un très grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour aux Arcs 1800 pour notre 4eme venue et j’espère que ça va continuer pour les prochaines années 👍

Idéal pour une semaine de ski en famille

L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Beaucoup de rangements, bien équipé et la cuisine dispose d’un four et d’un grand frigo. L’espace chambre est idéal pour regarder l’un des nombreux DVD après une longue journée de ski. Balcon avec vue montagne en prime. Les remontées sont à 5 minutes à pied de l’appartement et des commerces donc très pratique. 2 points à prendre en considération: l’espace nuit en duplex est pour les personnes de moins d’1,78m sinon attention à la tête et l’immeuble ne dispose pas de casiers à skis pour le matériel donc il faut le mettre sur le balcon. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires suite au petit problème de ménage à notre arrivée.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement proche du centre (5 min de marche) et très bien rénové (salle bain, wc, cuisine nickel -> 1 vrai four, 3 taques de cuisson vitrocéramique). Bien qu'on ne puisse pas se tenir débout à l 'étage si on mesure 1m80, l'espace est cosy et très bien aménagé (espaces de rangement parfaits). Le petit plus : la vue sur les montagnes ... juste incroyable (surtout le coucher de soleil qui illumine le mont blanc). Informations supplémentaires à prendre en compte : - l'accès aux voitures dans la station des Arcs est payante. - il n y a pas de parking dans l'immeuble. Si vous venez lors de vacances scolaires, je vous conseille de réserver à l'avance une place dans un des parkings couverts (les parkings Villard et Charmettoger sont les plus proches). - prévoyez des bagages avec des roulettes et/ou des bras musclés pour tout porter jusqu'à l apparemment (c'est du sport ;-)) - il n y a pas de local à skis en bas de l'immeuble. Il faut donc les porter du bas des pistes jusqu'à la terrasse de l'appartement qui se situe au 1er étage (sportif aussi)
