Located in the heart of Arc 1800, in the Miravidi residence (Charvet district), this 27 m² studio is ideal for a mountain stay with family or friends. Just 100 meters from the slopes and shops, you benefit from a privileged location in a quiet and bright environment.



The accommodation, originally designed for 4 people, offers 6 sleeping places:

- A living area with a double sofa bed and two pull-out beds

- An alcove separated by a curtain, equipped with bunk beds (not suitable for children under 6 years)



The kitchen area, located in the hallway, is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a sink.



The southwest-facing balcony provides beautiful light throughout the day.



Please note before your stay:

You must clean the accommodation at the end of your stay. The condition of the accommodation will be checked remotely. If the cleaning is not done or is unsatisfactory, a deposit may be withheld.



Bed linen and towels are not provided. You may bring your own or rent them from the local concierge for an extra fee. Linen reservations must be made at least one week before arrival; please contact me about this.

Rentals to professionals or traveling tradespeople are not accepted. The studio is exclusively for holiday guests, in a spirit of respect and tranquility.
