Overall pretty decent. Great environment, nice location, good facility and service. I don't like their breakfast selection tho: only milk and bread, no essential proteins like egg or meat in any source. Other than that, there's no vent inside the restroom.

When we checked in for our 5 day/4 night stay, it was clear that the room had been only partially cleaned; there were trash items on the carpet and floors (eg, dried grape stems) and crumbs in the drawers. We were informed that the room would be serviced "every other day" but no one came to clean, and it was only after we notified the front desk that the room was serviced on Day 4 (we were leaving the next day). The breakfast service was good and the rest of the facilities looked fine, except that the lobby carpets hadn't been vacuumed when we arrived and they were in the exact same condition when we left 5 days later (I have photos of all of the above).

It could be an amazing place, but it needs some more care. The floor in the lobby was always sticky, and the upholstery dirty (but not sticky). They ran out of coffee early afternoon and wouldn't replace. The room's WC it was so low it was dangerous bc of the placement in front of the shower. And it was super noisy, not because of guests but plumbing and ac. You could tell everytime when somebody opened a faucet or used the bathroom. Lastly, thier check id is a hassle; had to try on 3 different computers, and no one responded when I tried to contact support. No people available. Otherwise it was a great stay, great location and convenient. Would stay again, no problem

This hotel is so close to BU we could easily walk or take the T anywhere. The AC thermostat was not calibrated correctly and the room stayed quite warm. The ventilation in the bathroom was not sufficient so the room really heated up when any of us took a shower. The sofa bed mattress was no good. I miss the catered hot breakfast option. There are ice machines only on every other floor. We stay here for the location.

You can’t get a good rest at this property . Music blasting in the hallways through out the night . No protein of any kind for breakfast and no windows to outside

Cannot open any windows, can hear every noise in the neighboring room, have to ask for room cleaning, very basic breakfast, has no facility for any simple functions like printing a page or two! It is just like a dormitory.

Nice breakfast and a good value for staying in the Boston area. Housekeeping was very loud in the mornings which woke us up, and they knocked on our door to bug us well before checkout on the day we were leaving. I’ve never had that experience before.

Never again. Bad in every way and the service via the app is ridiculous to say the least. Stains on the carpet, air conditioning noisy continuously, broken shower soap unit fixations, need to speak with reception and you are transferred to a call centre and the view is something to be desired. The parking arrangements were so complicated & I travel often - I can only imagine how someone that does not travel often like myself would cope.

The room had a musty smell throughout our stay and keeping the fan on did not help. We could hear everything that was happening in corridor (people walking, talking) as our room had corridor view. The staff was not friendly and didn’t provide extra towels we needed as the shower water comes out on the bath floor and there were no bath mats.

The front desk guy did not explain anything about the property. He did not mention that a room service request has to be placed with the front desk. I waited 2 days for the service and it did not happen. On the second day, i asked the cleaning lady if she coukd have someone clean up the room while i was gone and she said she will tell someone on my behalf. I came back at 4pm, room was not cleaned or made up. I called the front desk and i was told the cleaning crew left at 2:30 and it is too late. All in all, i stayed 3 days with no room service. What a shame!

Overall, I loved the property, the area, all the amenities, and the staff especially was always so nice and helpful! The only thing I had particular trouble with was the hotel room bathroom which was a little difficult to flush for some reason and would take multiple attempts. My room was also missing a hooks to hang our bath towels but we made due. Other than these little things, everything else was very nice and I would definitely book here again!

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare a Boston senza spendere una fortuna. Letto e cuscino molto comodi. Abbiamo spento il condizionatore perché rumoroso di notte, a parte questo la stanza era molto silenziosa e la qualità del sonno ottima. Comodamente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Il check in si effettua on line ma al banco reception c’è personale h 24, tutti molto gentili. Lo consiglio.

Excellent place to stay in Boston. Price is good . Convenient easy to walk to restaurants, Trader Joe’s . Room are clean and comfortable. Parking close. Nice breakfast and coffee and tea always available. This is our second stay here , we will be back

Overall a good place to stay, right next to a T station, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants in walkable distance. What I did not like is the abnormal toilet seat in my room. It was so low as if meant for a kid. An elderly person would struggle to get up from that. Hence 3 stars.

The only things I "didn't like" were that there weren't any on-site vending machines or similar service and how dry the air was. The first is minor considering how close options are for quick eats and drinks are that are open late. The second is something idk if they could even change, and it's than mold. Otherwise, very clean and easy to get to. Staff was kind and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfortable and quiet (excluding our neighbors who were having a party, which was handled by staff).
