While our rooms are small, we do have the square footage listed for each room on our website -- So the size shouldn't be a surprise, nor should some street noise in the middle of a working city. We have a very powerful HVAC system, so any issue with temperature could have been resolved very easily and promptly if you had alerted us.

Thanks for giving us such a high rating, Linda. As you know, we offer Nespresso to our guests with milk and creamer, as well as teas and hot chocolate. But, you're right, coffee would make a great addition and we will absolutely consider it!
