I would just like to express my disappointment with my stay. First, my room keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by security while they are explaining that the lock on my room is old and doesn't work anymore with the new keys. Why rent the room if your customers cannot get into it? The next issue is I was issued a handicap room.
Why? I didn't book a handicap room?
Then the shower faucet would not stay in one place. If I got the water to be warm and not scolding and let go of it, it would move all the way to hot and scold me. On top of that, the water damn system that you have in the shower simply doesn't work. The entire floor was covered with water. I had to clean it all up after my shower this morning. This is not what l expect to experience for over $300 a night. Please do something about this. In my opinion, I would request a full refund. Do better Marriott.
