« The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

« Wonderful place to stay while in Branson. Excellent service and so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. Staff takes great care of refilling and making sure everyone is taken care of. »

« The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« So I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was the RADISSON HOTEL and it was beautiful and clean. This time... not so much. You can tell that it has so much potential but definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no charging port for my phone near the bed. No microwave in the room. We were on the 7th floor and when we stepped off the elevator, the smell was not welcoming. Once in the room, it was better but still lacked "clean" or beautiful. Its wasn't a bad experience, it just...
