'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Excellent location and kind welcoming staff. The rooms were in great condition and clean and well kept together. There’s plenty of walkable stuff to do and lots of great dining and shopping in this are (checkout the legal seafood that’s only 2 minutes walking.) You can text the staff if you have any questions and they have a decent breakfast served every morning. '

All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
