'Hotel is perfectly located, near the center of Assisi but still outside the crowds. Public parking in front of the door and also private garage available. Staff is very friendly and helpful, for example we could get breakfast half an hour earlier. Our room was spacious and very clean with every comfort. Restaurant is also recommended.

Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.

AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. '
