'I really enjoyed staying in this peaceful cottage, this is the second time I have stayed here. I slept very well in the comfy four poster bed and it's lovely not being troubled by light pollution. The coastal path is very close, and also a beautiful walk through the wooded valley to the waterfall. I had the option of using the log burner but found the cottage was cosy enough. There is lots to see and do in the area, but I chose to walk from the cottage every day, sketchbook in hand. I hope...

'Lovely place to stay, food was excellent the staff friendly. Walking distance to the town and plenty of shops to visit. Views from the hotel are wonderful and king Arthur's castle is right opposite the hotel with nice views from the hotel.'

'Mooi hotel, wel een ouder gebouw, met veel lastige trappen. Restaurant is prima, ontbijt ook prima. Bereikbaarheid met de wagen is lastig.'

'The hotel was immaculate and the staff were amazing. Would highly recommend this as a must to visit or stay when visiting Cornwall. The views were spectacular and the beach was clean and tidy. The restaurant was a real treat with amazing cuisine from the breakfast through to the fine dining experience in the evening. The accommodation was superb and definitely value for money. '

'Things didnt work in the property like the heated towel rail and the shower screen didnt shut properly it was also damp but aprt from that it was lovely'

'Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely clean room with balcony looking out towards port Isaac. My husband had the full Cornish breakfast which was huge plenty of variety. Staff so friendly couldn't do enough for you. Only problem is have is that I can't return with my little dog as the rooms are not pet friendly which is a shame '
