Detached vacation home near Lucca, Pisa, and Florence with a private pool

Fantastic holiday home in medieval village in the Lucca hills, Tuscany. With a private pool and great views along the valley. The house is completely private, nothing to share with anyone else, it's all yours. Pisa, Lucca Florence and Siena are all within driving distance, as well as the sea and Cinque Terre. The house is in the Apuan Alps for great hiking, it's a perfect combination between nature and culture. The house has 1 bathroom and stairs are on the outside of the house, see the pictures.

'Brama Sole' was build in different stages. The oldest part was built around 1650 (the house next door has the year 1638 on it). The house used to be a small farm, downstairs were the stables for some goats, upstairs people lived. From the '60's the house wasn't used anymore and it only was used for storage. In 2007 it came up for sale and the current owner bought it. The house is situated perfectly. On a hill with spectacular views from the garden and all the rooms. The sun is on the side of the garden the whole day. The house is very private, it's the last house in the village. The house right next door is from the same owner and is not being used. It is situated slightly off the road, cars can't be heard. Parking is free at the beginning of the village, from there it's a 50 meter walk to the house. With some stairs, so the house is not suitable for weel chairs or people that have difficulties walking.

Since the house is very wide with all the rooms next to each other there was no room for internal stairs. On both sides of the house are external stairs. Using those stairs you will reach the bathroom and bedrooms. Two bedrooms have straight acces to the bathroom. The third bedroom has it's own acces door, but no direct acces to the bathroom.

The interior is stylish and modern. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave and freezer. The bathroom has double sinks, a bath and a separate shower. Two bedrooms have single beds that can be put together, the third bedroom has a large double bed. The living room has a TV with a DVD player (no cable TV or satellite!) The house also has central heating and a washing machine.

The garden measures around 400 m2 and boasts fantastic views of the valley, villages and other mountains in the distance. The private pool measures 7,5 x 3,6 meter and is 1,3 meter deep. Around the pool there is a wooden deck with sun beds where you can enjoy the sun. The big walnut tree gives some shade on very hot days. Another place to find some shade is where the lounge area is. This is also where you can find the BBQ.
