The holiday home La Joye Sud, located in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, can accommodate up to 6 people. You benefit from a privileged location in the midst of nature while remaining close to local amenities. The property shares this unique setting on the banks of the Dordogne with only the owners' house.



The house features a spacious entrance, a comfortable living room with English billiards, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. The ground floor is entirely step-free and suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bedroom on this level offers easy access and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has fixed air conditioning, while a mobile air conditioner is available in the ground floor bedroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two televisions in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a drying rack, beach and pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A high chair, two baby beds, a ping-pong table, and gym equipment are also available.



You will enjoy a large garden with a shared pool (open from May to September depending on the weather), a covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining, and a barbecue. A secure storage room for bikes and motorcycles is provided, as well as several parking spaces on the property.



A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Garden products are offered. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge upon request. A convenient check-in system is in place. An airport and train station shuttle service is available for an additional fee.
