I was genuinely impressed by the staff at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Vince greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He made sure we got to the boat on time, carried our luggage, and even helped us again on our return all the way back to the airport. Such a kind and reliable guy.
At the front desk, Alystin took great care of us and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived early, and just as she promised, she personally called us when our room was ready. When we decided to upgrade, Chan helped us move smoothly to the new room, and Zeke made sure we caught the shuttle without any stress.
Special shoutout to Remar from the pool bar and dining, and Maricar from the dining area. On our second visit, Maricar already had our cappuccino ready because she remembered we ordered it the day before. That level of attention really stood out.
Overall, the hospitality here was outstanding. The staff alone is a big reason I would come back. My mom and I truly felt taken care of.
The hotel itself is fairly new, having just opened in December 2025, so everything was clean and mostly brand new. It’s about a 15–20 minute ride to Stations 1–3, but they offer a shuttle, and you can also take an e-trike. While it’s not beachfront, the nearby beach is still easily walkable.
