Two bedrooms come equipped with window AC units. A clean, modern bathroom includes fresh towels and essential toiletries. High-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, and workspace options are available for added comfort and productivity.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire space during their stay, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout their visit.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
