Old Bakery at Köln Messe Bonn Phantasialand

The old bakery has turned into a loft for you. It is located on the ground floor of an apartment house and offers you 30 square meters of unusual living space in cozy, indirect light. Here you will find memories of the history of the rooms, which are told by the old field fires all around and the vaulted ceiling colored by the large oven. Dark soot of baked delicacies from days gone by conveys a spacious and cozy feeling of space and living on the high ceilings.
In the former bakery of the old bakery you can feel the spirit of the craft. Inspiration and the right ingredients are the conditions for an excellent work result, both for the early bakery trade and for today's living experience, which you experience up close.
The open, country-style kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped. You can dine and work excellently at the large dining table. In the living area you will find a cozy Chesterfield seating area including a delicious gentleman's interior. The coffee table with handmade table top on a former sewing machine foot surprises every viewer. The sandstone fireplace with antique stove top and cozy candlelight promises pure cosiness.
The sleeping area is partitioned with floor-length, warm-soft fabrics and offers a comfortable retreat. In combination with the custom-made bathroom door and the handmade oak solid wood bed, the whole room is given a rustic charm. The matching headboard made of genuine leather exudes natural luxury and ensures a special feeling of sleep. The contrasting ledge with candlelight, a selection of books and an exquisite mirror create a dreamlike atmosphere.
In the high and unique bathroom there are several special features, such as the unique combination of brownish copper, shiny chrome and black industrial electronics. The specially designed washbasin is handmade, the walk-in shower offers luxurious space. A mosaic column breaks up the reddish brick walls in a playful, sparkling way. An impressive sense of space was created here through impressive creativity and masterly craftsmanship.

The why-red bricks of the walls are combined with a wonderful composition of sparkling crystal chandeliers with numerous glass prisms. The selected chandeliers inspire with a unique play of light and shadow and thus become charming eye-catchers for a glittering flair.
The loft is also ideal for photo shoots, filming or product presentations. You are welcome to rent the apartment for your productions on a daily basis.
There is a large roof terrace available for sharing and socializing at all times. With a wonderful view over the rooftops from Bornheim to Cologne, it is wonderful to endure on the large roof terrace. You enjoy the freedom and unobstructed view of the city. Breathing is easy and cozy evenings are certain.

There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron in our utility room.
You will find your covered parking space in a courtyard around the corner.

For all biofans: we attach great importance to the sustainable use of our environment. Therefore, we only use organic detergents, organic cleaning agents, reusable cleaning utensils, organic bed linen, pad coffee machines instead of capsules and organic apples for you as a service. Solid wood furniture and down bed linen promise healthy living.

Surroundings:
The loft is located in a quiet village street in Bornheim-Dersdorf. The neighborhood is family. In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful organic country houses, lovingly designed half-timbered houses, sports facilities and small beekeeping stations. Beautiful hiking trails lead you through the nearby forest and vast fields. The Kottenforst nature reserve is also nearby (20 minutes by car). An all-round offer for cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, walkers and everyone else with a desire for air and forest. For all golf fans, the Römerhof golf course can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The swimmers can swim their laps in 5 minutes at the HallenFreizeitBad Bornheim. Likewise, the adventurers who want to discover Phantasialand are in the right place, because you are on site in just 20 minutes. The city lovers for Bonn, Cologne, Brühl and Co can let off steam: In just 8 minutes on foot you can reach the stop of line 18, which takes you directly to Bonn and Brühl as well as directly to Cologne. The A555 and A61 motorways can be reached in a few minutes, so you are in Cologne city center in 30 minutes and in Bonn city center in 15 minutes. You would like to visit the fair in Cologne or a big event in Bonn - here you will find the ideal accommodation with fast connections (20min to Cologne fair). In winter there are many wonderful Christmas markets to be discovered throughout the region. In summer you can take wonderful tours along the Rhine or discover one of the numerous lakes in the area.
