Het was een ruime kamer, schoon met koelkast magnetron en koffiemachine. Badkamer ook lekker ruim. Het inchecken ging via een beeldscherm met een medewerkster op afstand, werkte prima. Tijdens het boeken stond er dat er een babybed beschikbaar was maar dit bleek niet zo te zijn.

Boven alle verwachtingen.
We hadden eerst een ander hotel geboekt maar soms moet je afwijken van de reis. We hebben dit hotel gekozen en daar hebben we geen spijt van. Hotel is totaal gerenoveerd ziet er keurig uit kamer zijn groot service is perfect. Ontbijt is Perfect voor de begrippen in Amerika. Alleen is wel dat hotel.com aangeeft in de kamer een kluis te hebben maar dat is niet zo beetje jammer. Wij zijn op doorreis en dan vinden wij een kluis wel belangrijk.

I just want to make to future customers aware that you will never meet a front desk employee, only a person in another part of the world checking you in via a monitor. As far as security, the doors never close which means ANYONE can come in the property at any time. We made sure all the locks were on at night and no valuables were left when we were not in the room. That was my fear. I would not recommend the place for families with small kids. Breakfast time seemed liked the surrounding neighborhood came to eat, it was free and no supervision. We ate outside the hotel. The place was clean, and the cleaning girls were friendly, but I will not stay there again because of safety reasons and no front desk personnel.

Beautiful, very convenient in the midddle of everything, hot breakfast. My husband had a problem with our bed but we had 2 beds so he slept on the other one. The mattress had a dip on his side.

Many things do not work. Fan in bathroom is broken and water for bath is not hot. Juicers for buffet are out of service and appliances look very old and could be replaced. Ok for a night. Staff seem friendly.

This property seemed to constantly be “under construction” and had a worker painting around the lobby nonstop. Parking was extremely inconvenient and several work trucks monopolized the parking. The virtual front desk was new but a good experience.

Check-in was with a kiosk not an actual person. The room was run down and needed some improvements. It had a humidifier running in it that filled up in the middle of the night. The connecting door to the room next to us was missing the dead bolt and only had the chain lock holding it shut.

There were children running up and down the isles until 1130 at night screaming and hollering and nobody to talk to nobody complain because nobody speaks English there. If you want to say something you have to talk to a machine and you still can’t understand the guy that’s talking to you Would not recommend this place or anybody ice machines were completely broken. I asked the lady she had on floor three and floor one and I go to both floors and they’re both broken in the kitchen and they said that they didn’t have ice.

Virtual check in slowed down the process and multiple people had to wait to che k in. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special and very little variety from day to day
