We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home had a beautiful private yard with a wonderful pool our entire family enjoyed. The location of the home was perfect with only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Also very close to stores and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we could ask for. A Piece of Heaven on earth

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay there. There was so much peace in the home and its surroundings. You can tell that April and her husband paid attention to every detail. Everwhere you looked or went in the house you could tell they truly cared about our time of rest there. The home was imaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the fully equiped kitchen, their landscape was so beautiful, the pool & hot tub, out door shower, the awesome screened in lanai and pool, the location.... The list goes on. Everything was perfect!! We will definitely be back to their little Piece of Heaven on earth!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

An Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this rental. April and Looey were great to work with and helped with any questions we had in a timely manner. The house was clean, a perfect location (5 minutes to the beach), and the heated pool was fantastic! We come down to Bonita Springs every year and this was by far the best experience we've had. Can't wait to book this rental again for next year!!!

Great Value & Neighborhood

Home was clean, master bed was comfortable and pool and hot tub were perfect. You stay here for the location to beaches and even after two hurricanes we were able to find a place, Looey even sent us a news article to help us out. The outdoor shower was great and nice having a clean washer and dryer to use. The pictures are accurate so if you are looking for a light and bright beach vibe this isn't the place for you, but I value cleanliness over decor so that is my number one and April's place came through with cleanliness, neighborhood and extras like towels and bikes. :)

Wonderful visit in Bonita Springs

The rental was so clean, neat and comfy!! The pool was definitely a plus. I’ve never been in a vacation rental with a better stocked kitchen; absolutely anything you need to prepare meals. Beautiful Home in a great neighborhood

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and sitting outside watching TV and watching the butterflies. Great relaxing stay

I got the email with property information 24 hours before our stay with all pertinent information. Even tho in town the yard was beautufuy sculptured and wildlife galore. The neughborhood was quiet even with it being Memorial weekend. Shopping and beaches close by with bicycles available. We had a great time and was sad to leave.

Paradise!!!!

This property was absolute paradise. When we first walked through the front doors, my husband and I both gasped at the utter beauty of this magnificent home. It was impeccably spotless, incredibly comfortable and we had every amenity, we could have wished for. The owners were very gracious hosts and incredibly kind. My husband and I are both looking forward to going back to this property next year, but hopefully next time for 2 weeks!!! We truthfully have never had a more relaxing or amazing vacation. 30 year anniversary

We used the home for a family vacation and everything we did was a short drive away. This included two state park beaches (kayaking, paddle boarding and ocean beach shelling, etc.); tons of great restaurants; an air boat excursion; golfing; shopping and more. The home was great to come home to and enjoy the hot tub and pool after our activities. The grill worked great and was clean. The outdoor shower was top of the line. The beds were comfortable. The landscaping is very beautiful and interesting. Our hostess was wonderful and she always responded in a timely manner. This home and hostess definitely made a great impact on our celebration/vacation! 😎

Bonita Shores is perfection.

This property is par excellence! Bonita Shores is the perfect location, its proximity to the beach, Publix, and U.S. 41 guarantees easy access to all Bonita, Estero, and Naples have to offer. The house itself is equipped with large, super-comfy beds, a flexible kitchen, and most importantly, a caged lanai and pool where you easily spend the days (and nights, if you so desire), regardless of changing weather conditions. And the owners..., well, nothing to be said other than accommodating, always reachable, great to interact with. Coming back? Of course.

Our Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely time and made ourselves at home. Very comfortable home and a wonderful kitchen that we could cook in together. Our main priority was to get away from home and work and spend some quality time relaxing and recharging our batteries. It was clean and very accommodating. Everything we could ask for. Very close to everything you might need. Also, your neighbor and Scruffy and Benji were delightful 🐶❤️. Would definitely go back.

Poor Customer Service

As Vacation Rental Owner ourselves, we understand that hosting can be complex. However, when a guest reaches out for some basic needs and the host is degrading in how they respond that is just a lack of hospitality and customer service. We paid for 10 nights on our stay, and we didn't expect to have 10 of everything. But to be provided only 1 washcloth and 1 Towel per person for our entire stay did not seem acceptable. We reached out to have this corrected and we were basically blown off. As a host, this is a simple fix. Now we had to wash everyday - ie 1 Washcloth We did bring up 1 other issue to her about the 3rd bedroom ceiling fan - the room was hotter than the others and you needed to leave the fan on at night. However, there was no way to cut the light off and leave the fan on. That was on our 2nd day and were aptly told that she would have service take care of it AFTER we left. Again lack of hospitality. After that why bother. We bought our own fan. She called out service for the sprinkler system (which we had not noted to them) and it cut our water off for several hours during the morning hours while everyone was trying to take showers. While the house was generally ok, we would not stay with any property this host has. For the 10 nights revenue, you would think that she would be interested in providing good hospitality. Anyone who posts a negative review for her, she comes back very childishly and attacks the guests instead of addressing the issues.

Paradise !

You will experience Paradise ! The layout of this home will surprise you past the pictures you see in the listing. The lanai, pool, hot tub, backyard area is just so perfectly arranged and laid out for optimum Florida living experience. My wife and I stayed at this home and I am more the beach bum-boater while my wife tends to like staying in a pool and/or hot tub reading. This home is so nice that even I hardly wanted to ever leave during the day. The host is easy to communicate with if needed and the integrity of the whole experience is second to none ! Do yourself a favor and book a stay and experience your own version of Florida living and " paradise " . We will most definitely book again in the future !

Relaxing and renewing

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and chose this home for our stay and it was perfect. The home is comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and such a fun area to unwind. The oasis of the backyard was my favorite. Watching the butterflies, birds, and bunnies. I highly recommend the home.

Great relaxing vacation.

The house was amazing, it had everything we needed, plus! The pool was fabulous. We spent a lot of time in it. The yard was nicely landscaped, plenty of butterflies and birds. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location was very nice, close to a bunch of great restaurants. Definitely a five-star experience.
