Come and enjoy our villa nestled in the heart of a masked plot, quiet, secluded and not overlooked.
Being able to accommodate 6 people and 2 children, our bright villa open to the outside will make you benefit from its calm and you can, day and night, relax in its lighted swimming pool.
Ideally placed, you can reach the canetto, Moara or Santa monza beaches in 5 min, in the center of Bonifacio, its port and its perched citadel in 10 min. Figari Airport and Porto Vecchio are 20 minutes away.

The interior of the villa consists of:
- A large air-conditioned living room with 2 leather sofas, home cinema TV, WIFI internet.
- A fully equipped American kitchen with hotplates, American fridge (with ice), a microwave, a fan oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle and all its crockery, dishes and utensils.
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with their closet / wardrobe, each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Each bedroom has its French window giving access to the terrace.
Note that each bedroom is independent and each has PVC shutters.
- A small utility room with washing machine is also available.
For the exterior:
- A superb summer kitchen with a pergola covered with tiles offers a terrace sheltered from the sun with its teak table and chairs, its sink and its worktop to prepare your dishes and parties.
- A 10mX4m swimming pool to refresh you day and evening thanks to its lighting or take a sunbath on the deckchairs below our straw parasols.
- The property of 2000 m2 is totally reserved for you. It is at the heart of a scrub of almost 10,000 m2, removed from 100 m from the road, you will bathe in a lush green setting.
Rentals are made on a full week from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m.
The rental of bedroom linen and pool sheets is € 20 / week and the mandatory exit cleaning fee is € 100.
Rental prices 2019:
From Saturday April 27 to Saturday June 1 (outing) = € 1,638 / week.
From Saturday June 1st to Saturday June 29th (outing) = € 1,844 / week.
From Saturday 29 June to Saturday 26 July (outing) = 2668 € / week.
From Saturday July 27 to Saturday August 24 (outing) = € 3,698 / week.
From Saturday August 24 to Saturday August 31 (outing) = € 2,668 / week.
From Saturday August 31st to Saturday September 28th (outing) = € 1,638 / week.
Clean animals are tolerated € 5 / day if <5kg and € 7 / day if> 5kg.
