'Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. 'The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. 'Ik had de indruk dat het hotel inmiddels een ondergeschikte rol heeft gekregen t.o.v. de welness. Op zich een prima laatste verblijf voor inscheping Newcastle. Afstand tot de boot goed aan te rijden, echter wel rekening houden met traffic jam rondom Edinburgh. kamers een beetje oubollig, lampjes stuk, bad loopt niet goed door en dat is helemaal vervelend als je moet douchen in het bad. Hier en daar wordt alles wat sleets. Erg jong personeel dat wel zijn best doet, echter duidelijk (oudere)...
