'Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.'

'Although the suite itself was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The lights in the room didn’t work properly, which was frustrating from the start. The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below. 'Spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and efficient welcome. Shared facilities which again were perfectly clean. Secure entry system and plenty of off-street parking. Only slight issue was thin walls so could hear the next room on mobile phone but it didn't go on late and I had a good night's sleep.'

'The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
