We welcome you to our family cottage named Sunset Oasis.
The space
We are opening up our lakeside paradise to guests and we can’t wait to host you.

Sunset Oasis is located on Lake Nosbonsing. Nosbonsing offers all of the fishing benefits of its larger neighbour, Lake Nipissing, but with a quieter calmer feel. Perfect for all fishing enthusiasts, experts and beginners alike.

You will bask in the sun all day long and never lose sunlight, not to mention the beautiful sunset.

The entry takes you into an open concept kitchen and dining area. There is a wood burning fireplace set off by stone and a large wooden mantle. The kitchen, dining and living room have panoramic views of the forest, lake and massive yard. There is a beautiful warm wood toned sunroom perfect for a morning coffee and star gazing at night. The Sun room in not heated in the winter time.

The cottage is also winterized and heating is available, so it can be enjoyed year round. Skating or snowmobiling on the lake is allowed in the winter.

The interior is newly renovated and very cozy, yet built to be enjoyed by up to 14 people. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 3 bathrooms, and upstairs living areas including an office, a play area, and a family room with
board games. The office area has a large desk and chairs to work. We have great internet to guarantee you have the best wifi experience, especially if you’re working from the property.

The master bedroom has a large window with a walkout to the balcony which overlooks the lake. The view you would want to wake up to every morning.
There is also an additional sofa bed upstairs.

There are 4 additional bedrooms, 1 on the main floor with a queen bed, and 3 upstairs with ample sleeping room for all.

The exterior has a propane barbecue, as well as a dining set to enjoy your meals al fresco.

Down the stairs to the water you can utilize another tanning area, a fire pit with Muskoka chairs, and the dock to jump into the water from, with kayaks for you to enjoy.

We have external security cameras for your safety and ours. Tampering with the cameras will result in an additional fee.

We provide bed sheets, however you will need to bring your own pillows, blankets and towels.


While we try to keep our front and backyard properly landscaped at all times, Please note that due to the weather, if there is a lot of rain prior to your stay, our backyard grass may not be mowed as we cannot do it when it’s wet. Thank you for understanding.
