'Booked for hot tub to soak before lo g travel home. Hot tub was not even hot. Although was told just recently opened 2 weeks. I believe that should have been a better reason for everything working properly and at best. Very disappointing after paying higher price to stay just for hot tub. Staff also very rude about forgetting key to get back in different areas. Must take key without everywhere many areas need key. Laundry room etcc...'

'Just ok. Area around the hotel a little “rough”. With all the hotels around you would think it would be a better area. Close to restaurants and stores. I had to ask for towels, and I was given work out towels because they were out. This is basically a hand towel… fun times. 24 hour coffee was broken all days we were there, but you can buy some at their bar..You have to pay for breakfast.'

'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

'This hotel does not have a pool. Nor do they offer hot breakfast. False advertising. We got to our room and were given a room key…that never worked. We could not sleep in the hotel room we pre-booked and paid for. Had to go to another hotel. Do not stay here.'
