Carpot in lifts in bad condition and dirty. Also in the alleys on 4th floor. Had room 412 my colleague 410. Restaurant food is good but the estaurant is not cosy, it is like a factory. Rooms very noisy, I could hear the occupant on floor 5 making quick sex as the bed makes sound! No joke! Breakfast is OK. In general, the hotl is dated and needs renovation. Not worth 4 stars. in between 2,5 and 3 maximum

Helaas kwam ik er bij het inchecken achter dat de faciliteiten van zwembad, tennisbanen tot de airco niet beschikbaar waren, omdat het geen hoogseizoen was. Verder ligt het centrum van Bologna nog wel een eind verderop (20 min rijden). Eerste bushalte is ook 20 min lopen en vervolgens nog 20 min met de bus om in Bologna te komen. Ontbijt was prima, maar wel dagelijks hetzelfde. Kamer was prima alleen vensterbank was weken niet schoongemaakt. Hotel is voor doortocht prima.

Prima hotel bij Bologna met zwembad
Living Place Hotel is een prima hotel. De kamer en de faciliteiten zijn prima. Het zwembad is groot en er is altijd plaats. Een minpunt is dat er geen vrije keuze is van bedjes bij zwembad. Je krijgt bij receptie coupons waarmee je blauwe stoelen kan nemen of bedjes op terras bij restaurant. Voor de bedjes waarop iedereen wil liggen met parasol moet worden betaald. Vreemd! Het eten in het restaurant net als ontbijt is prima. Iedereen die ons heeft geholpen is super vriendelijk. De auto is wel nodig om Bologna te bezoeken.

Wij hebben dit ervaren als een slecht hotel. Er wordt een matig ontbijt aangeboden, bedden kraken, deuren piepen en het hotel is enorm gehorig. Al met al een teleurstelling

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het centrum en is voorzien van mooie faciliteiten. Met soms een gratis poolparty en bbq voor de gasten. Uitstekend ontbijt en erg behulpzame personeel.

Prima doorreishotel
Prima hotel om 1 of 2 nachten te verblijven op doorreis naar/vanuit Italië. Het zwembad is in de zomer een absoluut pluspunt, voor ons mede reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Wij hadden een familiekamer met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners en die voldeed prima. Het ontbijt is compleet en goed verzorgd, in het weekend zelfs inclusief taart en cake. Centrum van Bologna ligt op ca. 15 minuten rijden evenals het vliegveld.

Great swimming pool, but lousy room
The Olympic sized swimming pool is the greatest attraction of this hotel located in an industrial zone outside the city center of Bologna. Don't get mislead by the impression of the hotel's lobby. The rooms are pretty lousy and need urgently being refurbished as has recently be done with the adjacent bathrooms. Moreover, time has come for Novotel to replace its worldwide dark brown carpets. As long as this is not done at Bologna, free slippers here would not be an extra luxury. Breakfast is standard, but okay and the staff is helpful in any way.

Comfortabel net Hotel
Vriendelijk ontvangst en bij melding dat de kamer niet dezelfde was als die geboekt is via de webside werd direct een andere - juiste- kamer beschikbaar gesteld. Medewerkers zijn allen zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ruime lounge, fraai wedstrijd-zwembad met ligbedden compleet met zonnedakje. Airco, Tv - met Nederlands kanaal- etc in de kamer werkte allemaal naar behoren. Direct naast het hotel is een nieuw groot winkelcentrum. Bij ontbijt kun je binnen of buiten eten, wat een zomers gevoel versterkt.

Prima hotel met groot zwembad waar je echt een paar baantjes kunt trekken. Helaas is het bad niet voor 09:30 open, dus voor ochtendtraining niet geschikt. Route aanduiding in TomTom klopt alleen niet, huisnummer komt niet voor (versie juni 2010).

L’hotel è molto bello, comodo il posteggio. Bella la reception e il ristorante. Personale gentilissimo. Le camere sono un po’ piccole ma dotate di tutti i comfort e pulite. Anche il bagno è bello, sufficientemente grande. Unica pecca la rubinetteria: non si capisce la posizione dell‘acqua calda; bisogna andare per tentativi. Il problema è che ci vuole un po’ di tempo prima che si scaldi. Per cui bisogna anticipare i tempi per una doccia calda. A parte questo l’hotel è consigliato

Man får vad man betalar för
Frukostbuffén hade inte brett utbud, mestadels bakelser osv. Duschmunstycket hade mögel. Städerskorna slarvade lite med städningen: handdukar byttes inte varje dag, golvet gjordes inte rent ordentligt osv. Poolen va stor och bra. Dock va det stenar runt poolområdet som blev väldigt varma i solen så gick inte att gå utan tofflor. Provade maten på hotellet och den va inget att ha. Dyrare än på stan och inte alls särskilt gott. Taxi till stan va ganska dyrt så ha det i åtanke, mellan omkring 22 euro.

The pool area was really nice and the people (both reception and bar) were friendly and service minded. Cleaning was not every day - even if you put up a notice that the room needed cleaning. Elevators were not working all the time, the fridge in our room was out of order and the windows were not quite tight. Also, there was a lot of noise from other guests. Breakfast was okay, and lunch/dinner was nice, if a bit expensive. The hotel is out of town, so you do need to have a car.

un gran caos
Vi era un evento aziendale. Al check in mi accolgono dicendomi che il ristorante per la cena era al completo. La sera festa in piscina con musica ad altissimo livello fino a mezzanotte. La mattina, sala colazioni presa d'assalto con una sola macchina del caffe per circa 150-200 persone. una brutta esperienza.

Very friendly staff and a great pool
Very friendly staff to welcome us and help us during the stay. The rooms were a bit worn out, and the same can be said on the beachvolleyball course and the tennis court. Very good food both at the breakfast and during lunch and dinner. A small shoppingcenter next to the hotel and easy to get a cab to the city centre
