Newer Construction near the airport in Boise, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer alll in a farm-like setting distant from neighbors in a pasture setting with lots of room to roam and spread out. Though you will be minutes from the airport and downtown Boise, such a unique treasured location.

With a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, guests will find the sleeping arrangements terrific. The property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower and hair dryer. In addition, there is a living room with a sofa bed for extra space. Experience a brilliant stay with amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, a washing machine, and an iron. Included is a connected game-filled garage with numerous fun activities for your party or guests: Darts, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Foosball (Pool table is coming soon).

The space
This contstruction is just finishing, and we are happy to share with anyone needing a comfortable place to stay.

Two spacious bedrooms each connect to a bathroom, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with all the necessities.

You can also easily move into the adjoined garage and enjoy plenty of additional space (another 900sqft) of group games: table tennis, air hockey, foosball, darts, and a pool table.

The exterior landscaping is currently unfinished, but is a work in progress. We will udpate the photos as they become available. Depite the unfinished exterior though, you can easily wander and explore the grounds to get fresh air. You will be nestled into 2.5ac which have a quiet and remote feel, lots of room to spread out and enjoy the quiet atmosphere.

Guest access
You will recieve an access code to the front door.

Other things to note
You can pull your vehicle right up to the front door to make loading/unloading a snap. Since we don't have landscaping yet, you can pull your cars anywhere on the property, it's quite open and accessible.

The garage is yours to use, and essentially doubles your usable space. We provided lots of fun and entertaining activities there for you to enjoy, hope you use them.
