Living Room: A large cozy, sunken living area (two steps down) with plush leather reclining seating, a leather couch /sofa bed, and a gas fireplace, the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy memorable conversations. Large windows frame views of the expansive backyard.

Whether you`re here for relaxation or fun, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Meridian.

Guest will have access to the entire home except for restricted areas which include host locked closets, outside shed, and garage. Guest have access to gourmet kitchen, bonus room, living room, office, yard, upstairs deck. Please note that minor children must be accompanied by an adult on the upstairs balcony. There is no horse playing allowed in the upstairs balcony.

Host and co-host are available to answer any questions, concerns via phone, text, platform messaging as needed and/or meet in person, if available. Host is a traveling medical professional and pilot. Your privacy is valued and therefore have a self check-in/out system.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am.

Our policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long-term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged min $1200 to mitigate pet dander, cleaning. NOTE: this is the host primary residence and is extremely allergic to animals.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30-minute increment after that without prior approval.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record.

Guests have access to the entire house and yard except to restricted areas which includes locked closets, outside shed and garage. The garage is only accessible to access trash/recycle containers. For security reasons there are security cameras inside the garage because this is a restricted area. These are the only cameras inside the listing.

All Smart TV`s have Roku and other free applications. You are welcome to log onto your own.
There is a balcony upstair. Minors are not allowed to be on the balcony without adult supervision. No horse-playing allowed on the upstairs balcony.

Contact host for large number of invitees to the property, as there may be an additional fee. Prior approval needed otherwise there will be a minimum fee of $650 for unauthorized gathering and may lead to cancellation of reservation

Not to exceed those on the reservation plus up to 5 invitees during the day which ends no later than 8:00 pm mountain time, unless pre-approved.

No additional overnight guests other than those on the reservation without prior approval. Fee applies.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the premises, near windows or entrances. Cigarette butts are not to be discarded inside trash cans, on the ground/yard. There will be a minimum of $550 charge for violations.

Pets are not allowed as owner is allergic. This is owners primary home. Minimum $1200 charge for violations.
