'I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.'

'Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!'

'I very much enjoyed my visit and time at the Glenstone place property. You can tell that it’s a Older building but as soon as you walk in the office to check in, there’s an unbelievably warmth about people that are running it and I can’t tell that they work overtime to continued to battle the property. 'The blackout curtains were basically useless. We stayed in one of the Explorer Suites and there was a big gap between windows. They really didn't do anything. We loved the property, location is wonderful, property is fantastic!'
