This cottage was perfect for our weekend stay for a wedding in nearby Mechanicsburg. We had six people in our group - three adult couples. This three bedroom cottage had plenty of room for us. The location is very scenic and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck or in the screened-in porch and watching the wildlife. We saw a deer with her two babies and a variety of birds. We enjoyed hiking along the Appalachian Trail which runs right through Boiling Springs. However, I recommend the short drive to Pine Grove Furnace State Park where you can hike to the trail's halfway point.Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the kayaks and firepit but we look forward to doing so on our next visit.
Phenomenal home thatâs been renovated and expanded. Beautiful setting right on the Yellow Breeches Creek. Our only regret is now staying long enough to enjoy the kayaks. Very clean and well appointed.
We had a spectacular time at the property. It was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could need and more! Didnât think our teens would kayak, however the loved it, and had so much fun. Itâs close to everything, yet far enough removed and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, even more so than expected!!! Would absolutely book again without question.
This is in a great location and wonderful water area. Kayaking was so peaceful. The house had washer and dryer which was very convenient. Dishwasher. Only use to Keurig so going back to a full pot was a little wasteful though. I wish I would have brought extra one to leave there. Bike there we enjoyed to so we could see the area around. Boiling springs is beautiful. So many things close by Stacey made me feel like I was home and she was part of my family. Iâve been telling everyone and recommending this place. We would stay again but longer next time.
