This stylish home is perfect for individuals or families in town for college events, sports tournaments, or special occasions. With comfortable furnishings inside and ample outdoor space with a private deck and porch, it offers plenty of room to relax. The home sleeps 7 - 5 in the bedrooms, and 2 on a queen sleeper sofa. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee provided. The lodge-style fireplace is perfect for fall and winter stays. The location is in the heart of Boiling Springs close to colleges, shopping, dining, and easy access to I-26 and I-85.

This house is absolutely adorable! It’s clean, cozy, and the wood fireplace makes it feel just like home! We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a minor issue with the heat, but the host responded promptly and even provided portable heaters. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was incredibly clean and well cared for. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you could ever need. We were just a few minutes drive to downtown Spartanburg. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. We look forward to staying again soon.

Fantastic rental!

This property was perfect for our family while we were in town! It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were also very responsive to our needs when the heat went out one night. They came right away and brought heaters if we needed them and by the next day the heat was fixed! We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem!

This is truly one of the best places to stay! Clean, adorable update vintage home, quiet, comfortable! Everything you need is provided for you... even a bag of ice in the freezer! Terrific Property. Country charm & space but close to a lot!

This home was great. Not a busy road with a country-feel property just outside of town & convenient to a lot. My husband & I stayed to be near family for the holidays & this home was so comfortable & very well appointed!! Not all rentals have a well stocked kitchen etc. but this one did plus plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds and linens were great (also not always the case)! There’s even family games & a lot of books if you have kiddos. Details & extras are attended to here plus a responsive owner all make for a top notch stay. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you.

Sweet respite amidst moving

Our experience at this property was great! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, basic spices, etc., having a washer/dryer on site was so helpful with kids. We stayed here our first week after moving into town with extended family who had traveled with us, so we had some of our own stuff, but truly did not need it. Everything we wanted was there! The hosts clearly take great pride in their property and in caring for those who stay there and it shows at every level. In addition to the basics, they also have a number of entertainment options from books (for all ages!), to board games to TV and internet. There were also several porches to enjoy the outdoors as well as a good yard for my kids to run around in. It truly made what was a crazy first week in town a beautiful, even restful start to our new life here.
